Returns & Refunds


As each product is made to order, refunds are not available. If, however, the product is damaged during transit, please provide photographic evidence to support@stpierre.photos and we will attempt to investigate and organize a replacement.

Please note that any misprinted/damaged/defective products must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after reception. For products lost during transit, please submit your claim no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
